We offer FREE local delivery to our surrounding neighborhoods in Kingwood or pick-up at our store as a courtesy to our local customers. Please call to confirm you are in our delivery zone.
At this time we are only offering shipping within the United States. We can ship frozen but please call to verify we can ship to your zip code prior to ordering. We ship frozen on Mondays to ensure it will arrive frozen/cold and delivery must be able to reach you within 2 days.

Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase you make from Fur Babies. If you want to return anything, please bring your receipt and product to be returned to Fur Babies with-in 30 days of purchase and we will refund the amount you paid for the product. If returned outside of the 30 days or without a receipt, we will be happy to give you store credit.
We do not issue returns or exchanges on pet carriers, pet beds, pet crates or special orders unless item is defective. Occasionally we have items on sale or clearance, some of these items will not be eligible for returns. Any sale item not eligible for return will be expressed or implied when purchasing, either by labeling or on receipt.
Any food or treat being returned needs to be at least 1/2 full.
